My Bookings
1. Please click the Register button in the menu above and answer the questions on the form.
2. We will send you an email once we receive your registration request and contact you within 1-2 business days so we can make arrangements for your free consultation zoom meeting.
3. We can set up the lesson dates and times, then we’re all set!

If you don’t see the emails from Coco Kara Kids, please check your Junk email and mark it as “This is Not Junk”.
If you don’t receive an email from us within 1-2 business days, please send us a message using our Instagram or Facebook.
営業時間１−２日以内にメールが届いていない場合は、ジャンクメールをご確認ください。もしジャンクメールでもお知らせがない場合は、お手数おかけいたしますがインスタグラムやフェイスブックからご連絡お願い致します。
Cancellation Policy キャンセルポリシー
1. Please send emails to “sensei@cocokara.ca” if you need to cancel, please do so by 10 am in the morning of the lesson day. Then you can reschedule your lesson. During Summer Break, please contact me by 8 am.
*If you already know your schedule in advance (vacation/sport’s game etc.), please let us know as soon as possible so that I can make an adjustment to your invoice or we can also reschedule the lesson if you want.
2. If you missed your lesson without notification us or on short notice (more than 3hours prior to your lesson time), you will be charged a regular price, and you are not able to reschedule a make-up lesson or add a credit to your next month.
3. We currently do not refund any payments but will be happy to add a credit for the following month.
１.レッスンのキャンセルは、レッスンの当日朝１０時までにメールでお知らせください。 キャンセル分のレッスンは振替レッスン可能です。学校の夏休み期間は９時からレッスンを受け付けていますので、朝８時までにご連絡ください。
＊もし、事前にスケジュールが分かっている場合（バケーション、スポーツゲームなど）は、なるべく早めのご連絡をお願いします。次回の請求書をお送りする際に調整させていただきます。振替レッスンにすることも可能です。
２.連絡なしの欠席、又はレッスン時間の３時間前以降のご連絡は、振替レッスン／請求書の調整にはなりませんのでご注意ください。
３．返金は行っていませんが、翌月のレッスン分に繰り越しという形でご対応させていただきます。
PLEASE NOTE:
Cocokara will send you an invoice on the 1st of the month. Please make a payment by the 7th of the month.
If we don’t see the payment by the 7th of the month, we will send you a reminder. Our lessons will stop until we confirm the payment after the 10th of the month so please check your emails carefully.
請求書はEメールにて レッスン月の１日に送らせていただきます。７日までにお支払いをお願い致します。
お支払いが７日までに確認できない場合、お知らせEメールが届きます。１０日までにお支払いが確認できな場合は、レッスンが保留になりますので ご注意ください。
