Erina Sensei (also known as Cocokara Sensei)
Konnichiwa! I’m Erina Sensei, your Cocockara Kids Tutor and I’m dedicated to Early Childhood Education and Bilingual (Japanese) teaching.
I have over 10 years of experience working with children in Japan, the USA, and Canada.
Mainly my experience has been working at preschools, but I also have experience working as an Aupair, at Summer Camps, a Bilingual Preschool (as the lead Japanese teacher), and an internship at an immersion (English/Japanese) elementary school in the United States.
In addition to the above experience, I have the required “Japanese Language Teacher Training Course” (420 Hours).
My first career was as a kindergarten teacher for 4-year-olds in Japan. One big interest I had at the time was to travel and live in other countries, but I had difficulty speaking English. I know how hard it is to learn another language, but if you can find a good teacher who fits well with you, you’ll enjoy learning and expand your world. Let’s grow our world together!!
